Instagram competition

All information about the Instagram competition from November 17th, 2022:

  • The organizer and person responsible for the competition is Controller Planet (owner Till Salten). Instagram is in no way the organizer, organizer or supporter of the competition and is exempt from all legal claims regarding the competition.
  • You can win a Playstation 5 controller that has been modified and refined by Controller Planet. The controller features a modified front paint finish, LED lighting, remote vibration motors, our DRACO quad paddle system, our ATLAS ProGrip, and interchangeable analog sticks (several sticks are included).
  • Anyone with a permanent residence in Germany, Austria or Switzerland is eligible to participate.
  • The conditions of participation are as follows:

    1. Our Instagram account @controller_planet must be followed by the participant.
    2. On the Instagram post in question, the participant must publish a comment in which two other people (or Instagram accounts) are tagged using the tagging function (@ function).
    3. The competition post must be shared in the participant's Instagram story.

  • The participation period begins on November 17th, 2022, 9:00 a.m. and ends on November 24th, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.
  • The winner will be randomly drawn on November 25th, 2022 and announced in the controller_planet Instagram story. We will also contact the winner via a private message on Instagram. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the public mention of his name or Instagram account.
  • If the winner does not respond to our message within 5 days of being announced and does not contact us, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen at random.
  • The prize will be sent to the winner via parcel delivery. For this purpose, personal data (name, address) of the winner is collected. The collection of this data is only used to carry out the competition and it will not be used beyond that. The usual requirements of the GDPR apply.
  • Abusive behavior by participants is prohibited. Due to the susceptibility of competitions to disruption, the organizer Controller Planet is permitted to change the competition with regard to the design or special conditions.
  • The controller to be won is excluded from any guarantee regulations and other claims.
  • Legal recourse is excluded.
