What does that mean?

After you receive your order, you have 30 days to test your controller extensively. If you are really not satisfied with it, you can simply contact us and return the controller easily. Afterwards you will get your money fully refunded!

Attention: We cannot take back controllers that have been intentionally destroyed or damaged. So please treat your controller with caution for the first 30 days.

We put the greatest effort and care into the development and production of our controllers. If the worst comes to the worst, we are still there for you.

If a defect occurs within the first 12 months of receiving your order, we will of course repair it free of charge for you.

Please note: Self-inflicted damage, such as falls, other excessive force or gross mishandling, is not covered by the warranty.

Our guarantee is valid for 12 months from receipt of your order on all components .

Exception: For controllers without Hall Effect Sticks, stick drift is not covered by the warranty.

If you want to be on the safe side when it comes to stick drift, select the Hall Effect Sticks on your controller. These minimize the risk of drift and extend the life of the controller many times over!

Of course, once the warranty period has expired, we won’t leave you out in the cold! Repairing the controller is almost always possible. In any case, we strive to find a fair and transparent solution for both sides.

Note: Any warranty and guarantee claims will be void if the controller is opened, modified or attempted to be repaired by yourself or by unauthorized third parties.
